Booking a service constitutes acceptance of the agreed date, scope and “from” pricing confirmed by a written proposal. Weather or safety concerns may require a no-fee reschedule.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated. We provide receipts for all services.
If we miss something, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right within reasonable limits.
